Fees

Residential fees:

This fee includes refreshments and lunch for the duration of the event, 4 nights standard single accommodation on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis (arrival Sunday 12 April, departure Thursday 16 April), a visit to the Space Centre and conference dinner on Wednesday 15 April, and all event material. 

Non-residential fees:

This fee includes refreshments and lunch for the duration of the event, a visit to the Space Centre and conference dinner on Wednesday 15 April. Accommodation is not included.

Cancellation and refund policy

The Institute operates a cancellation policy as follows. All cancellations must be made in writing.  Full details can be found in our terms and conditions which are available online. Please make sure you have read and understand the T&Cs before registering for the conference. Submission of a registration is regarded as a firm booking (subject to availability) and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

If the written cancellation is received by the Institute:

  • at least six weeks prior to the first day of the event, a full credit/refund will be issued
  • less than six weeks, but at least three weeks, prior to the first day of the event, a full credit/refund minus a 20% administrative charge will be issued
  • less than three weeks prior to the first day of the event, or you do not attend the event, no refund will be issued.

Payment of fees

In order to ensure that it complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard ("PCI DSS") and for the protection of its members and others, the Institute of Physics will only accept credit and/or debit card payments online through RBS WorldPay secure payment server. All payments must arrive by 10 April 2015. After that day, all unpaid registrations will be cancelled.
